Personal coaching adapted to your morphology and Ayurvedic/yogic profile. You reconnect your body and your mind, you use healthy and natural methods, and you participate in your personal development and self-healing. The consultation consists of analyzes of your profile, physical exercises, breathing, concentration and relaxation techniques.

Private Traditional Yoga Class

If you are looking for an authentic experience of the art of yoga, this particular yoga class is for you! Traditional yoga is a spiritual practice with the goal of union with the absolute or the divine, while contemporary yoga focuses more on physical fitness. During the 75 minutes spent together, we will go through the 8 pillars and their different exercises, which we associate with Hatha Yoga, and which have been carried out to prepare the body and the mind for long periods of meditation. Yoga is a therapeutic tool that promotes awareness and well-being, allowing us to access greater ease in daily actions.

- Shat Karma (cleansing)
- Asanas (postures)
- Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses)

Private Chakra Yoga Class

According to the yogic vision, the chakras are a convergence of energy, thoughts and emotions, linked to the physical body. Our consciousness is projected through these chakras, and this largely determines how we experience reality, from our emotional reactions, desires or aversions, to our level of trust or fear, even to the manifestation of symptoms. physical.
