All my packages presented here include the following services:

 

1) Having the assurance of having a doula present on the day of your delivery no matter what happens, since I work as part of a team, allowing me to have a backup in case of problems. In addition, if the backup doula should be called, you can be certain that they will have the same quality of service, and the same openness/approach.

2) I offer Naturopathy insurance receipts , which significantly reduces the price of support.

3) My Motherwit Doula Care team has been supporting birthing people for nearly 30 years in all hospitals, birthing centers, and homes in the Montreal area. The medical teams therefore know us well and are aware of our level of professionalism, which makes communication easier.

 

Of course, there are as many needs as there are people giving birth, which is why, although there are pre-established package proposals, creating tailor-made packages based on your personal needs is entirely possible. So don't hesitate to share your needs with me so that I can provide you with a personalized quote.

Prenatal support

  • Complete prenatal preparation (approximately 10 hours)

    • 3 in-person prenatal appointments

      • Session 1: Pregnancy, early signs of labor, and pain management

      • Session 2: Physiology of childbirth, available options and Mood Board for childbirth.

      • Session 3: Preparing for the postpartum period gently, newborn feeding options, organization, newborn sleep.

    • Three 1-hour Zoom meetings between our regular sessions to maintain the connection

  • Unlimited support via WhatsApp

  • One treatment of your choice (Reiki, sound therapy, panic therapy, yoga therapy)

  • Professional pregnancy photo documentary

 

Birth support

  • On call 24/7 from the 37th week onwards

  • Childbirth support

  • Professional photo documentary of labour and childbirth

  • Backup doula

 

Postpartum support

  • 1 postnatal consultation

  • Virtual support for 6 months including:

    • 1 hour of Zoom call per month

    • Unlimited support via WhatsApp

  • Professional photo documentary (your choice): newborn / family / breastfeeding

  • Unlimited support via WhatsApp for 6 weeks

Prenatal support

  • 2 prenatal appointments of 2 hours each (in person)

  • Two 1-hour Zoom sessions between our meetings to maintain follow-up

  • Unlimited support via WhatsApp

 

Birth support

  • On call 24/7 from the 37th week onwards

  • Attendance at childbirth

  • Amateur photos/videos (taken on iPhone and unretouched)

  • Backup doula

 

Postpartum support

  • 1 in-person postnatal consultation at your home

  • Virtual support for 6 months including:

    • Zoom support: 2 calls of 1 hour each

    • Unlimited support via WhatsApp

INCLUSIONS

All packages include the following services:

  • a free, no-obligation consultation

  • email and SMS assistance, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday as soon as your contract is signed

  • unlimited 24/7 support by phone, SMS or email, from 37 to 42 weeks of pregnancy

  • An antenatal home visit to discuss birth preparation and preferences

  • Physical, emotional and logistical support during labor and delivery:

  • Suggested positions during labor, delivery, and for recovery

  • Use of accessories

  • Massages, heat / cool and other physical comforts

  • Guided breathing, inspirational readings or meditation

  • Maintaining your inspiring and soothing birthing space

  • Accompaniment of the birth partner(s) with techniques and tips

  • Travel assistance in the recovery room or postpartum unit

  • Immediate postpartum support from 1h30 to 3 hours after childbirth, breastfeeding aid or bottle, and   hygienic comfort measures

  • Postpartum home visits to review your birthing experience and check on your well-being (depending on package chosen)

  • Unlimited 24/7 support by phone, text or email, for 2 weeks postpartum

  • Email and SMS support, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, up to 6 weeks after delivery

EXTRA CHARGES
 

Prenatal / Postnatal Consultations:

- If you live in the Montreal metro area (walking distante to a subway station), we can do the consultations at your home

- If you live outside this area, here are the options available:

  • Meet at my workspace (near Sherbrooke metro)

  • Go to a café you like or feel comfortable discussing (accessible by metro)

  • Meet via zoom

Childbirth travel expenses
No additional cost: CHUM, St-Mary's, Jewish, HMR, Glen, Jeanne-Mance birthing center, Côte des Neiges birthing center, Marie-Paul Lanthier birthing center
 

Round-trip taxi fees (upon receipt) : Cité de la Santé, Charles-Le Moyne, LaSalle, Sacred Heart, Pointe-Claire birthing center, Pierre-Boucher, Lakeshore, Pierre-Le Gardeur, MDN Ana-Laberge, Anne Courtemanche, Repentigny birthing center.

Naturopathy Receipts

I must inform you that I cannot guarantee the reimbursement by insurance companies, as your insurance policy may contain certain restrictions or exclusions. It is therefore your responsibility to contact your insurance company beforehand to inquire about the reimbursement terms for Naturopathy with ACNN.
